What is QERO?
It´s a system that enables you to communicate with and gain your customers’ loyalty. With QERO you´ll have the possibility of a mobile app – which will run in the QERO environment-, – communicate with your clients – through push notifications -, and manage credit/points quickly and easily (not to be confused with a system that creates and manages loyalty campaigns).
As QERO is included in the E-goi ecosystem, you can use all of its other facets (learn more in E-Goi.pt).
What do I need to get QERO?
To get QERO you only need an active E-goi account and the awareness that constant and efficient communication helps you gain client loyalty.
How much does it cost to have QERO?
The QERO app has no associated costs, it’s totally Free, just pay a monthly fee to send push notifications to your customers.
We cover all the costs associated with acquiring a mobile app – you won’t need to develop, you won’t need to create the design, nor pay for space in stores – and we leave the customer communication and loyalty to you.
How do I use QERO?
QERO was idealised and developed to be a useful and user-friendly communication tool. First and foremost you need to be an E-goi client with an active account – if you don’t have one then just create it -, then follow these steps:
1. Login to your E-Goi account.
2. From the top menu, select Apps then Apps Push,you will then enter your QERO management area – direct link.
3. If you wish to create your first QERO, choose the Add App option and on the question “which App would you like to add?” choose Qero – direct link.
4. Insert your company information, the more detailed it is, the more information customers will be able to access.
When inserting images (cover image and logo) system allows you to edit so that they can be positioned in the available space.
You can also insert your shop locations so that the customer can always access them via the map.
If you intend to activate a points system, just follow the steps in the Points tab.
You’re ready to tell your customers that they can now take advantage of the points.

How much does it cost to send Push Notifications in QERO?
The cost of push notifications depends on the plan that you subscribe to.
Which E-goi plan do I need to be able to get QERO?
Any E-goi plan allows you to create QERO. The only cost is the plan for sending push notifications to your customers.
Having QERO, can I send Push, Emails and SMS?
Yes, as QERO is an E-goi product, this allows you to combine it with other projects, for example Email or SMS.
Can I manage loyalty campaigns with QERO?
No, QERO is not a system that allows the creation and management of loyalty campaigns. For this, please opt for the QERO CORPORATE system.
How can I update my customers’ points in QERO?
Yes, you can update points in 3 different ways:
1. You can go to your E-goi list and update it automatically;
2. You can upload an excel spreadsheet with the updated information;
3. We create a mobile app which allows interaction with E-goi, at the time of purchase and in-store. It’s the QERO SCAN mobile app. Yet another product designed to improve the speed, convenience and efficiency of processes.
