QERO was idealised and developed to be a useful and user-friendly communication tool. First and foremost you need to be an E-goi client with an active account – if you don’t have one then just create it -, then follow these steps:
1. Login to your E-Goi account.
2. From the top menu, select Apps then Apps Push,you will then enter your QERO management area – direct link.
3. If you wish to create your first QERO, choose the Add App option and on the question “which App would you like to add?” choose Qero – direct link.
4. Insert your company information, the more detailed it is, the more information customers will be able to access.
When inserting images (cover image and logo) system allows you to edit so that they can be positioned in the available space.
You can also insert your shop locations so that the customer can always access them via the map.
If you intend to activate a points system, just follow the steps in the Points tab.
You’re ready to tell your customers that they can now take advantage of the points.
